I did not have a broken spring. John replaced rollers,adjusted the tension on the chain drive and lubricated the drive train. He was here for no more than 45 minutes and charged me over $500.00 .He was curtious, knowledgeable but expensive. I spoke with other garage and for what John did they quoted a far less price.

I think the tech was amazing. He was very sincere. Knows the business well. Very accommodating. I would highly recommend him in the future. The call center on the other hand was very poor service. I actually hung up and called back to get a different rep.
