My garage door failed to work properly. Dustin came out and repaired the door, installed a battery and new updated rollers. It failed the next day. He came again and decided he needed to involve the general manager, Larry. Larry personally came out, checked everything, found a crossed wire and a couple of bad splices. We thought it was possibly military interference. But, was going to come out with a new logic board and make sure to fix the problem. Rick came out checked things out and realized he did not have the correct part on his truck. He schedule an appointment for the next day, at my convenience. Rick and another repairman, ( sorry, can’t remember the name), I stalled the new part and also found an internal wire that was broken. The whole team has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone was on time and called to let me know their ETA. Great team, friendly and polite. I would highly recommend Precision.

Dustin is fantastic. He called 30 minutes prior to arriving, he called again when he arrived downstairs, and he was very nice and polite the entire appointment, even when the garage door worked perfectly when we tried to replicate the issue. He listened to my description of the issue and immediately noted one of the sensors was bent back, most likely by the water company. We examined a couple of things including how I access my car during a power outage (only entrance inside the garage is through the garage door). Dustin told me about the back up battery, he was not pushy (which I appreciated) yet he was full of information (which I also appreciated) which is why I decided to purchase the backup battery. He knows the products and services well, and it felt as if he genuinely enjoys what he does. I give Dustin the highest possible rating, and then some!

Ben was very thorough and explained everything in detail to me. He explained why we need to keep an eye on the springs, due to the age of the door and that we should have it serviced next year. We had to buy a new remote, because that is the only way the door could be reprogramed to our new car. Ben is very pleasant and we enjoyed his presence.
