Fast turn-around even on a Saturday afternoon. Repair was done by early evening. Kai (service technician) was very communicative regarding estimated arrival time and delays due to traffic. He explained the issues with my door balancing mechanism and showed me options with recommendations, pointing out damage to various components that needed changing. He also gave me guidance on periodic maintenance and lubrication recommendations. So far, it works fine!
