I had my garage door break down On Thursday afternoon on returning home. I was able to figure out that what the issue was but unfortunately, I was not able to repair it so I called Precision garage door. They were out late that afternoon. The service tech that came out was excellent . He made me aware of some things regarding the garage door that I had not known about. He suggested some things and quoted me a price. I was kind of hesitant at first cause I just wanted the part that was broken fixed but the other issues he made me aware of would create major problems later on down the road. He showed me the garage door rollers that would crack and could break in anytime and suggested that we install new ones. Also he showed me my garage door spring was out of adjustment which was causing garage door to malfunction. So we moved ahead and got the garage door taken care of .One thing I did notice about him. He paid attention to detail so I would highly recommend them. They’ve been out before and we had great service.
