All the staff at Precision Garage Door Services were professional, courteous, and friendly. The installer was very helpful in moving items out of the way for installation and his Christmas music put me into the holiday spirit!! We love our new garage doors! They are very quiet and the LiftMaster door openers have such bright lights that the garage no longer feels like a dungeon. The garage is a lot warmer at night with the door insulation, as well. Fast turn-around even on a Saturday afternoon. Repair was done by early evening. Kai (service technician) was very communicative regarding estimated arrival time and delays due to traffic. He explained the issues with my door balancing mechanism and showed me options with recommendations, pointing out damage to various components that needed changing. He also gave me guidance on periodic maintenance and lubrication recommendations. So far, it works fine!
