Jonathan fixed the issue of loose or missing bolts that at attached the opener to the garage ceiling. Precision lived up to their lifetime warranty and the issue was fixed in a timely manner at no cost to me.

Diego did an excellent job going over the items that need to be addressed on our garage door for now and in the future. The rollers were replaced due to small cracks and the fact they were the original roller on the door. Springs are starting to show some deterioration and we will schedule that in the future.
