James and Diego came on their day off to repair the door and the went above and beyond!! They informed me the original springs were the wrong ones to use and they installed the correct ones. Balanced it perfect and lubricated the assembly. They completed with fixing the open stopping position which was also incorrect. I would give 10 stars but can only give 5. Hi we had our new garage door installed yesterday. It’s beautiful but am super disappointed it didn’t come with the mail slot it was supposed to have. Installer said someone would come out but gave no time frame for that. We had to go buy a temporary mailbox in the interim. Also, the remote was working at first but now doesn’t. I can’t get the wi fi remote to work either. And I don’t recall being asked but we need two remotes. Am not a happy customer right now and for what we paid, I was hoping everything would have been as ordered.

Bailey Eckl is very thorough, competent and personable. If he doesn't know the answer to your question, he knows where to get the information. However, the Precision Door estimate to replace our existing garage door with a new one (the "G" items) he sent to us is very long and hard to understand. The only relevant items are the 16'x7' Chi Plank Cedar Door: $3,700.00, Hardware Upgrade: $350.00 and PDS Opener 370B: $699.95 and Standard Door Package: $4,154.20. We, obviously, will need to talk to Bailey again before placing the order for our new garage door!

Elisha did a good job finding the problem. He said it was the bearing. The rail may need to be replaced if the problem persists. He said he would have replaced the rail if he would had one on his truck, which he didn't. my concern is if the problem reappears in the future ...... i don't want to be charged for repair if it is a defective part.

My 15 year old garage door (and opener) was making noise and sometimes not opening when the button was pushed on the first try. Called and the serviceman came out inspected and told me I needed a new garage door opener and shaft (not a new door- that's fine). Installation was done then and there in about an hour. Works great now. I was a little taken aback by the price, $1,256 for the opener, drive shaft and labor!-seems a bit steep from what friends have told me. I guess I should have shopped around. Guess I'll just eat ramen for a few months.
