Josh and the other installers were fantastic. With the conversion from original 1943 hinges to updated hinges, plus installing a state of the art opener they did an incredible job. It was a tough one but they stayed overtime to make sure it was perfect. Thanks guys !

Attentive and methodical, from the estimate where the options and issues were thoroughly outlined, to the installation where attention to detail was clearly apparent, these guys couldn't have done better by me. Excellent communication, quality product and took the time needed to do the job right. Highly recommended!

Pros: competent service, came out the next day and fixed the problem quickly (frayed lift cable jumped off the boss on the bottom bracket). Cons: very expensive, with aggressive and repeated attempts to upsell to near complete replacement of most of the hardware, even after I indicated I was not interested. They tried to take away the hardware they replaced without getting permission first. Minus one star for cost and one for grossly excessive upsell attempts.

Our garage door spring broke yesterday and Precision have availability the next day. Anthony came out and offered a couple repair options with pricing and warranty details. We decided on the upgraded spring package and Anthony went to work. Anthony was very knowledgeable and got the job done very quickly. Would recommend Anthony @ Precision for your garage door repairs.

Technician was on time, gave me all information needed on replacement of old motor to make a good decision. Our garage door lift (from 2001) was not working all of a sudden and the bottom of this double garage door was falling apart. We just moved into this home, and we didn't want to invest in an expensive new door. (We just replaced one on the home we sold so we knew the cost). Ariel Zamora immediately came over the same day we called, inspected our situation and gave us our options. He was ready to go with all the parts on his truck if we wanted to take care of it in this visit--and we did. He was able to repair the bottom of the door, so it closes all the way now with no gaps for critters to come visit. Installed all new springs and hardware, new lift with outdoor keypad and 2 remotes. The whole job took a little over 2 hours and we could not be more pleased. The garage door opens so quietly now and the new system is way better than the one we installed in the home we sold and was way more affordable. They also offer very good service call hours if you need them for anything. Thank you Ariel!!

Called Precision for my broken spring… customer service was great help me right away. Texted me when my technician is coming, even the technician called that his on his way. Ariel Zamora did a good job replacing my springs and kinda tumed up my garage door , very honest told me right away that my garage has a warranty no b.s. … took care of it right away he has a good work ethic . Precision 👍👍 thank you
