Josh arrived on time, was able to diagnose the problem and fix it the same day. Price seemed a bit high for my roll up door, but I did get the service fee waived by scheduling it online and doing the repair. It was $1,000 to fix the springs, 2 drums and a few hinges.

Recently had Josh out to replace both springs on our door. Today had Ariel out to bring a new remote and program it . Both Service Techs were awesome and very courteous. Always have had great experiences with the folks from Precision Garage Doors. Thanks guys.
