How come I did not have the opportunity to wave the service fee $119.95 with any repair over $350 as you promised on your company’s policy . I paid more than $ 2,175 for repair fee of my garage door on Jan 19/2024. $119.95 that the money just for show up?

Josh was responsive, prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. After my power went out, I discovered my garage was never secure due to a broken lock on the cable cord. Josh came the same day I called and provided two solutions and estimates. He return the several days later (after the holiday) and installed a new motor with a backup battery.
