Entire experience went smoothly. Everyone involved was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. I have to deal with a home owners association and a lot of people know what a joy that can be! Everything I needed to satisfy their requirements was met and I could not have been happier. Order arrived early (which I appreciated). Installation was done promptly and took just under 3 1/2 hours from start to finish. I have already passed out business cards to interested neighbors in the community. JOB WELL DONE.

My garage door broke! What to do? Check BBB online for ratings, compare companies, make appt! I chose Precision with an A+ rating and found their receptionist reflected it! Very informed and caring, Kylie walked me through my myriad of questions and, by God's grace, she scheduled an appt. for that afternoon. The next A+ reflection, Mario, my technician arrived in a clean uniform, gloved hands and a very organized truck to take on any repair needed. Mario was very courteous and friendly. He patiently educated me (an amateur MacGyver) to compare my expectations with the best plan and pricing. I felt no pressure in coming to a decision. Of course, the true test of an A+ rating, was next. The opening and closing of my repaired door! What a thrill! My 22 year old contract-grade garage door had been transformed! I very seldom take the time to do a write-up for service rendered. This is probably a mistake on my part. That said, you would expect a First Class Company like Pioneer Door Service to have highly trained technicians, and they do. What is less certain is how the craftsman conducts him/herself. Doing a good job "should" come with the territory, but how do you instill good

I called and received same day service. Daniel was my service tech and was very professional and thorough. He walked me through his inspection (originally it was a broken spring), but identified two other issues (frayed cable and marginal bearings) which I agreed to after inspecting. He also inspected my other single door. I couldn’t be happier with him and his work.

I am so pleased with the new motor and rollers. It is so very quiet and runs so smoothe. The installers were super nice, cleancut, gentleman. I really hated to put the money into my garage door but I sure am pleased I did it. The remotes, outdoor remote, indoor pad, new sensors, rollers and motor that is nice looking. Thanks. I will be contacting you next month, I think I would like a couple extra remotes.
