Called for tune-up. I have owned garage door for six years, installed by Precision. Wasn't serviced during Covid. Agreed to replace rollers and spring, as they were wearing. Henry Dabiri is a good technician. He explained everything to me so I feel I have an understanding of what needed to be done and not done at this time. Ben was prompt, neat and clean, had expert skills and knowledge, was polite and professional, very efficient and productive, communicated clearly the issues with my overhead garage door, gave me three options for repair/replacement, and came at a moment's notice after the original technician didn't arrive for the appointment earlier in the day. (...although it may have been my fault. I am hard of hearing and may not have heard him knock.) I paid what seemed like an exorbitant price with a smile on my face because I felt Ben provided such good service and quality materiel. I also want to commend the women who answered my call. They were very helpful, and the second one actually apologized for the ghosting, even though it was not her fault. That is very rare and much appreciated.

Henry came out same day and was actually early. Quickly diagnosed our problem (noisy door) and took care of it by replacing rollers and springs (original door installed in 2005).
