This morning my spring broke on my 20-year-old garage door. I called Precision Garage Door and they had a technician (Henry) come out same day, give me a overview of what the cost to fix the spring as well as a tune up cost, etc. We went forward with the whole deal; Henry was fast and clean. Such a relief to know that everything is adjusted, updated and works so much better. Thanks again for a great job and i will be getting your name out to my neighbors.

Bruce and Alex with "Precision" Garage Doors were so GREAT. When Bruce came out to my home was so knowledgeable about the product. He just wanted me to be a happy customer with my purchase. And Boy Am I. Alex Roach came out today and installed our new garage door, garage door opener,remote, hardware and key pad. He did FABULOUS. The door looks GREAT. My neighbor came over when she saw the new garage door. I gave her Alex's card. She want to get oe too. I didn't mention the garage door is so quite when you open and close it. I GIVE A 10+++

Mark, Hollis, and Jessie did an awesome job on our doors. Mark spent two hours with us, determining which style and color was right for us. We had a design and estimate that night. Hollis and Jessie did a great job installing the new doors, motors, lifts and rails as well as removing the old doors and related items. Actually I got a new motor. The old one was 18years old. Ariel was excellent. He told me the old motor was workable but I changed it out. Smooth sailing now. He lubed the door and put in new rollers great company and great customer service from Ariel!

Bruce scheduled a visit promptly to assess and provide a reasonable quote. He is very knowledgeable and within a few day, my install was scheduled. Jesse came out to complete the install. He was at my door 10 min before 8am, this was great since I’m an early riser. He was professional, also very knowledgeable and polite. This guy can install a garage door with his eyes closed, LOL. A company of this caliber is rare to find. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend PRECISION.
