Jonathan Topper was the technician that came to my house (somehow it says Logan Huefner on this review form). Jon was fantastic. Very skilled and professional. He was in and out within less than an hour to fix my broken spring(s). Explained everything well. Great asset for Precision! As for Precision Door, this is my first experience and so far it's been a good one. I'm only an hour and a half into a 5 year warranty/relationship. Not sure I'm in a spot to recommend, but if they are like Jon, I know that I will over time.

Excellent job! Arrived early. Worked quickly and professionally. (I’m not a fan of upwelling) Price was much higher than I was led to believe by the appointment taker on the phone. $119 plus parts approx $200/set for the springS. Plus tax which was in line with what I saw from other ads ($350ish). My cost estimate once here was $200 per spring.

Love the new garage door opener. I specifically asked for Jon Topping to do the work. After the installation he showed me how the opener works, along with the remote and door buttons. He's very good at his job and also with customers.

My old door opener unit was starting to make funny noises and I thought it was a good time to invest in a quieter solution. The belt drive opener is a lot quieter.
