We worked with Mark at Precision, who was very helpful in guiding us through the purchase of the garage door we were looking for. And when it came to the install Alec Roach, our installer was on time and was very professional, along with being very easy to work with. Originally I made a bad mistake and went with an unknown company to fix my door. They left me high and dry. They misdiagnosed what was needed and didn’t even complete the job. Mario was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and performed the garage door inspection and tune up very quickly. He cleared codes that I was unable to clear after a neighborhood power outage rendered the system inoperable. Mario installed a surge suppressor to the motor plug in order to help prevent this issue in the future. He brought to my attention an old worn bracket that was starting to crack, as well as, two worn cables that were worn and beginning to rust. I am grateful for Mario's attention to detail and concern for a safely operating garage door. The garage door is quieter and operates like new after Mario replaced the worn parts and tuned it up.
