The technician, Gabriel, was great to work with today. He was on time and very polite. He carefully diagnosed the problem, explained how to fix it and what will it cost. He also waived the service call fee and applied 10% discount. He was very meticulous doing the work and carefully inspecting it from both sides. In summary, I am a very satisfied customer and likely top come back to Precision if I need a garage door repair.

The crew was attentive and committed even though they arrived at least two hours early. The door opener seems to be of good quality and responsive unlike the one it replaced. The door came off its rail soon after the crew left and in order to close the door I had to realign and close the rail for it to operate and close properly.The door now does not close completely on both sides despite repeated cycles. A simple readjustment should do the trick. As with most new stuff things can go awry and I will call on Monday. Thank you. Sean
