Punctual when called for a problem. First class repair and equipment (rather expensive). Call for a little advice or assistance, if no fee no help. How to change batteries in remote keypad, no help from the technician. Guess they want to charge for house call and do it for you/

Service was for a residential garage door and opener estimate. Designer Greg Burnes called to advise of arrival time, and arrived right on time. Greg was very personable, knowledgeable and professional, and answered all of our questions. He took all necessary measurements, including some photos. All options were explained and the estimate was emailed to us immediately. It was a pleasure working with Greg, and I would highly recommend him and Precision Door Service.

Actually the service was a complete replacement of the door! The spring repair Was done in 2018 I believe. Very happy with Precision, they have been great from When we first called about installing a door, to present. I can`t say enough about Your tech Hollis.... he was so professional and organized.
