Mr. Phillips came earlier that I expected and did a thoroughly professional job in fixing the door and in explaining what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, and how much it was going to cost. Excellent work by the tech, I couldn’t be happier. He explained the problem, showed me several options from which to choose to fix it, explained the difference between the options. I didn’t even thiugh garage door openers existed that can be checked and controlled remotely, how cool is that?! The install was done expeditiously compared to all the parts that he installed. And now I have a quiet, smooth, reliable, remote controlled garage door opener. Very pleased, and I’m an engineer so I’m picky about things like this. Highly recommend.
