We had accidently backed into the garage door and the rollers popped out of the brackets. Called about 1:30pm on Saturday. Was told verbally, by text and by email that a tech would be here between 2 and 4pm. At 4:20pm, called again and was told they would have the tech give me a call. Heard from Josh about 5:20pm stating he would be here in about an hour. He call back around 5:40pm because he had just gotten the message to call me. He got to the house about 6:30pm and was very nice and explained exactly what needed to be done and gave 2 estimates and explained the differences. He was very efficient and got everything taken care of quickly while explaining everything he was doing. If we need again we will definitely call Precision.

I believe I was over charged for the services, I was charged for something the technician did not do, I was in my garage from start to finish. All the tech did was removed and replaced the bottom end of my garage door. I noticed the charges after he emailed me the final invoice, I am so tempted to stop payment on this check. If I don’t get some explanation. The technician did not perform tasks on the invoice. By the way the technician did not repaired a broken spring on my garage door.

Your technician, Jon Topping, was fast, efficient, and personable. He was in the area and called me first to see if it was okay for him to arrive early. He showed me how to get the Remote Key Pad cover plate off (not show nor identified in the owner's manual) and what tool to use (#1 Philip's head screw driver) so I could fix it in the future (replace AAA batteries).
