Boy are your estimates and charges off the charts. The markup for equipment, really? Or a quoted fix repair for $200+ on a $6.75 part. $59 fee all i received was a group of estimates and a tech who wanted me to just accept your prices without getting estimates from others. No inspection was done other than to tell me chances are a broken part and tgat my motor would fail.

I am very pleased with Precision of San Diego. I was able to set up an appointment online for the next day. The following morning I received an email telling me what time to expect the technician. I also received a text with a picture of the technician about 30 prior to the scheduled arrival time. The tech arrived on time and was very professional. He gave me 4 different options to fix our issues with our garage door and door opener. I highly recommend this company and their tech Josh Jackson.

I reported that sometimes the door wants to re-open when I’m trying to close and have it stay shut. He found everything was good, and he did a “tuneup and lub”. Offered a backup battery as a code upgrade, but I turned it down as I see it as “overkill”. In my 10 years here I never had to use the manual option as SD&G outages are very rare. Thanks, and I expect the garage door operator will be working fine for at least another year.
