My renters moved out and did not return the automatic door opener remotes. Technician responded immediately. There was not a generic remote for my opener but he suggested a solution of adding another receiver. I chose not to add the receiver, but the technician was able to assist me with changing the PIN on the key pad at least ensuring the renters could not access the space.

Josh did a fine job replacing the springs. Pricing was higher than I expected for two springs a flanged ball bearing and about 30 min of labor. Total came to $375 which is at least $100 more than I feel is fair. Also can do without the upselling when the tech evaluates the repair work.

Matt Lattimore and his partner responded to the service call and promptly determined the noise was coming from the garage door hinges. He and his partner lubricated the door hinges and bearings which eliminated the noise. I’m completely satisfied with their service and was happy that they were able to come out as the original technician Josh Jackson was unavailable.
