The communication and service was excellent. I do have one complaint. I was verbally quoted a price to which I agreed for the work to be done. When it was time to pay an invoice, there was an additional charge of $89 for lubricating the garage door, which I did not authorize, request or agree to that additional charge. I did pay the whole invoice, knowing this charge was on it. So I am not asking for any refund, but it will make me definitely think twice before I call precision again or recommend them.

Josh did a great job replacing our door springs. He evaluated the entire system and provided 3 separate quotes. We chose the quote that replaced what was urgently needed. The work was completed quickly and he did an excellent job.

Rick and Logan installed our new garage door this morning, and my wife and I were very pleased with the result. They arrived right on time and explained what they were going to do. After answering our questions, they started to work. They were very professional, courteous and well-informed. In what seemed like no time, our beautiful new garage door was installed. Great service from Benjamin. He was even early! Unfortunately I signed the invoice without realizing that the service charge fee of 119.95 was still there despite my scheduling the service during your waived service fee sale over Memorial Day weekend. Benjamin Pancarik said he would take care of it, but I don't see the credit on my credit card online account.

I thought the service call was outstanding as far as knowledgeable information as to what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. I was mainly looking for diagnosis on repairing the unit in place so even though we couldn't make a sale to replacement I was very appreciative of the info I received. Thanks
