This was my first experience with Precision. Benjamin was perfect in every way. Precisely on time. Identifying himself properly, explaining what he was going to do and providing options. He found a broken coupler and quoted replacing that as well as service on both doors. I optioned for both and he completed them as promised. Demonstrated all functionality, tacked down a loose molding on the door. Just an overall A++ experience. I will definitely recommend Precision if I get a chance. If you have a new employee trainer, Ben is your guy!!!

Josh Jackson is a great tech who did a great job fixing our door from start to finish. Josh knows how to work smart and efficient. Our garage door operates and sounds like new again. Josh is a really nice guy who is easy to talk to, and he answers all questions with expert knowledge. I don't think you can have a better technician than Josh Jackson.
