He quickly identified the problem of the bottom wheel running outside of the track, and some track areas that allowed the wheel to jump out. He corrected the channel and lubricated the rollers and hinges. All now quiet. Thank you.

Your representative over the phone never mentioned I’m liable to pay $89 service fee PLUS GAS FEES! Regardless if I like your quote or not. Your prices are outrageously high compared to competitors and you still charged me for service fee. I will report this if it’s not taken care of. I shouldn’t be liable to pay your service fee, if no service was preformed. You should name it quote fee or have your representative explain this over the phone. You can go listen to the call. Very pissed off at your business. You should make it right.

I was very pleased with Mark Davidson professional explanation concerning the estimate for new Clopay garage doors installation. Mark explain that he couldn’t give an estimate at the time he was at property and that he would get back to me. My service call was not for broken garage door spring repair as stated for “ service”.
