If I could give James Myer 10 Stars I would! James is professional, honest, ethical, so experienced in his profession, precise, caring, kind, patient, understanding and helpful. He was here exactly at the beginning of the time we hoped for and he worked diligently to get our door fixed and updated and to be way more efficient and quiet than it was before. He explained all we needed to know in a simple way so we could easily understand and he listened to our concerns about the garage door not opening at times. He confirmed for me why our door at times did not open and gave us a method to be able to open it at all times and even lock it if we need to. I cannot say enough about how wonderful James is.
