James Myer came to my garage to find the problem of an old garage door opener that was erratic. He found the problem quickly and gave me two options: replace a part in a 20 + year old machine (which would be a band-aid) or to replace it with a new machine. He made a good argument to replace and had the equipment to do that right away. As he proceed he found other problems that could cause problems and took care of those. I could quickly tell he was a professional. The old heavy garage door opens and closes like a brand new one. James did a great job!

Chris is a very accomplished and professional technician. He fully explained the issue with my broken door motor and the need to replace it. He was very affable and explained what he was doing during the installation process. When finished he helped me adjust some items that were moved during installation.
