The service was excellent, no complaints about that. The only glitch was that it took a while for the circuit board part to come in, so there was a delay in the service, due to supply issues. I realize now how inconvenient it can be to be without my automatic garage door!

I can't say enough about Precision of San Diego. They are a first-class company and the job they did with the materials they used is outstanding. Mark came out and gave me a quote and was very helpful answering all my questions. I did have additional questions and he always got back in a timely manner. Jesse installed my doors and he was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I always appreciate when a company takes time to hire good people and retain them. Our garage door stopped a few days ago. I did some research and Precision seemed to have a good reputation. I was right. Cameron Casey came out looked over the entire system then presented several options that might work. After discussing the options with Cameron we choose one that fit our situation. Within two hours the system was up and running. When we need any help with the garage door in the future we will contact Precision and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors.
