Jon Topping was able to make the same day service call a couple hours earlier than originally scheduled which worked well for me. Had a broken spring so the garage door was useless and really glad Jon showed up in a few hours of my original call. Super friendly and explained everything in detail. I also liked he gave different price point and warranty options. Another happy Precision Door customer.

Precision Garage door is great, It is really a 5 stars company. I had my garage door installed over a year ago, and we are very happy with it. Mark was the sales representative who was very nice and professional. And today I have the garage door inspected by Josh, he is great, so helpful and did a great job.
