Ariel was very professional amd knowledgeable, he did a great job repairing our garage door. We had sort of an emergency situation and he was able to come quickly and fix the issue right away. Would definitely recommend his services.

This is the 2nd time that I have used Precision Door Service. Jonathan came out 3 years ago to repairs some others issues on the garage, and he responded today for service call. Very nice guy and very knowledgeable about garage doors. He remembered the last time he was at the house, which was very nice touch. He was very efficient. It was very nice that he had all the parts on the truck and he was very efficient. I would recommend them highly. Appreciate the quick service!

We hired precision today to fix a problem with our garage door not opening or closing properly. We had about 3 other contractors come out to "fix" it, but the issue kept coming back. Ariel Zamora was the technician who came out from Precision and completely fixed it. Ariel was so professional and very nice. Precision is great and can't speak more highly of Ariel too!

Ariel was one of the garage installers in Dec 2022. After a power outage in Sept 2023 he came to fix a malfunction. He arrived several hours earlier than scheduled, and fixed the issue. It was great for him to examine his handy work and looked over what he did nine months ago. He was as pleased with the install as I am. Understand, the quality and durability of these doors do come with sensitive circuitry, but with easy work-arounds, A+ customer service (operators to technicians), and lifetime warranty. Woohoo....

My garage was making a lot of noise when opening and closing. Josh Carreola from Precision came out and explained what he could do to solve the problem. I decided to replace the wheels in the tracks and also my garage door opener. Josh also made adjustments to the brackets on the door panels. Garage door is super quiet now! Josh was very professional and did an amazing job, thank you, Josh!
