This review is for Bruce Moutaw. The Precision notification system is excellent and much appreciated. I received appointment confirmation and reminders via email and text, and a 30 min heads up with a picture of Bruce, all highly appreciated. Bruce called to let me know he was available ahead of schedule, which again was much appreciated. He quickly diagnosed my issue and was very detailed with his thoughts throughout. He took the time to educate me about the battery backup feature. During the repair, he was efficient and proficient. Bruce was very professional and provided excellent service. I'm sure he's and invaluable asset to the Precision team.

I was very pleased with Bruce. He was professional, called on his way here and was extremely proficient. He did the job in less time than he estimated. My only complaint and it’s a huge one, is that I had to wait until Sunday when I called mid day Friday . I am only glad that my car was stuck outside and not inside the garage. You advertise such immediate service, you were here within hours when I needed the new garage door opener installed. I find it inexcusable that I had to wait two days and that was only with a lot of complaining that I even got it on Sunday. They wanted to schedule me on Tuesday.

While we are still in the process of the work ordered we are very pleased with what has been done so far. Josh is a very nice man, friendly, with knowledge of what he is doing and the product he is installing. He is very professional. He was timely for the appointment, punctual, and we received courtesy notifications confirming our scheduled date and time and when he would arrive. Notifications even included his picture so we would recognize him. All in all we are satisfied with the work and clean-up after. We fully expect the same superior service as he completes the job. Note the delay on the work was due to our late decision for a new door opener which was not on his truck at the time. No problem here.
