James Myer came to help us taking care the garage door problem. - the torsion spring broken. Since our garage ceiling is low, He had to do extra work to replace the springs, and he had to adjust the track and a limit switch more times than it should be. Our tech was Bruce Moutaw. On arrival Bruce explained everything he found needing repair, or replacement, and explained why they needed to be replaced. Then after completion Bruce explained how these repairs and replacements would work. So besides a good repair tech, Bruce would make a good teacher. Matt confirmed the problem in that the "mother board" or something like that was defective which was causing the door control in the garage to not work, and that the door would open and close spontaneously. He took am appropriate amount of time, replaced the parts and solved the problem. Matt has a great personality and is nice to work with.

Matt Lattimore, with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, was just great- he showed up a minute before our appointment, was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed (and explained) our problem quickly. He had all the tools and parts required for the job, and he knew what he was doing- knocking out the whole job in about an hour. He was very thorough, worked safely, and cleaned up afterwards, taking everything with him.
