I got a great garage door too. One complaint is the bottom rubber was very distorted in shipping and I would like a new one if possible

It's only been a few days since our garage door was installed but so far so good. It runs smoothly and looks nice which is what one wants in a garage door. Jesse, the installer, was a nice young man. His job would have been easier if the salesperson would have given more information regarding our setup. As it was, my husband had to help with the door removal. Other than that, great job!

After Bruce left I notice that my garage door had been damaged. There is now a hole in it. It looks like something hit it. I wouldn’t have made a big deal about it had he said something about the damage when it happen. Even my room mate noticed the damage when he came home.
