At about 5 PM, our garage door lodged halfway down in a mess of broken cables. Unable to either open or close it and with darkness setting in, we were unsure how we'd manage to get service. Within about an hour, Josh Jackson from Precision Garage Door Service was at our house calmly explaining which parts would fail. He gave us several options ranging from simply getting the door closed all the way to a system overhaul/repair. By 8:30 PM, everything was back to normal with a fixed, functioning garage. Mr. Jackson was extremely friendly, courteous, and practiced completely appropriate covid protocol. The pricing was extremely fair and we were highly satisfied with the work completed.

This was the best Customer Service, I really like how quickly they responded to my call and immediately send a Technician on the way, even though it was late they still took my call.
