Professional manner. I was surprised that they fixed it immediately and quickly. Precision Door Service also did not require me to move everything out of the way. Another company wanted me to move multiple storage racks out of the way, which would have been difficult to do, since I couldn't get the garage door open! Precision Door Service had no problem with the racks. I am quite happy with the service.
