Mario with Precision Garage Door Service was very personable, professional, knowledgeable. He throughly troubleshot my error issue and presented me with a couple of solutions and prices. He explained what he found and gave possibilities of what could happen with certain fixes or choosing to do nothing. He wound up replacing my sensors and performing the yearly maintenance on my garage door and it’s like brand new and really quiet again. Great service! The spring on our garage door broke along with the tension wire. Called Precision Garage Door for an appointment, got scheduled the same day. Our technician Jonathan came right away. He inspected and quoted within 10 minutes. He worked on it for a few more minutes and got everything fixed/replaced. Jonathan was friendly and very helpful. He answered all of my questions. Had the most troublesome experience this morning 10/23/24 in the mission gorge road area where the driver who had the company truck license plate# 86195U2 tried to cut me off in the freeway coming close to hitting my car not only that also but also exiting the freeway they drove through the curb in such a rush. It’s drivers like this that endanger the citizens who are driving respecting the legal speed limits and signs, the company should be more aware of their drivers since they can put a bad reputation on the company name.
