I call on Tuesday and they were out on Wednesday morning! The tech was so friendly and patient. He was very thorough and it got done sooner than I thought it would. I don’t know what else to say except they were excellent and took all my worrying away. Thank you

I was misinformed about the price. I was never shown a written account of the price. I was not informed about a senior discount though my age was discussed. I was misled about there being no charge for using a credit card. The "show up" fee was not originally deducted from my purchase. There were a number of additional charges I was not informed of. Some of these issues were addressed when I complained.

Professional and quick reliable service. Josh Jackson the service tech was very professional and friendly. The garage door spring snapped and would not open. Josh replaced the two springs and had it repaired and operating in a very short amount of time and is operating smooth as silk. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has a garage door problem.Thank You Josh.

I set my appointment on line called the day of to see if they could move it up, it was nice that they were able to to do that. The tech was quick showed be all the issue gave me several options. Was down in an hour and a half now have a lifetime warranty on the garage door parts.
