Wow, THE best!! I called about my broken garage door in the evening and they were able to come out first thing the next day. Kai was the best! Navigating a not-so-accessible garage door, repairing, explaining, all with the utmost professionalism, and even better, kindness and humor. He gave me a quote before the work, and made the door better than it was before the issue (it got off track due to too much stuff near the tracks). Previous door installers (not Precision) had failed to put any lubricant on it at all. He fixed that and a non-working opener as well. I cannot recommend this company more. Thank you!! You are my only garage door repair company. Highly recommend.

This was done very well, super happy with the result. It would have been nice if there was an option to take care of the molding around the new door, as I had to take care of that myself. Overall great experience though.

Henry was very knowledgable and respectfull. He was detailed in his work description and what he can do to make it work properly. My trouble was one of the 4 rollers of my garage got off track and was rubbing it's cable to the bottom hinge roller set. The cable wore out the bracket to a point it was cut in half. Anyway, Henry replace both sides of the garage door and replaced The roller the cable and lubed evey springs and Walaaaa 2 hours later. Works like a charm!

Precision goes above and beyond. When our garage door started acting up, the tech (Luis) initially replaced our sensors. But right after he left, the door stopped working entirely, and he actually stopped by to do more diagnostics after his last job, when his shift was technically over. He gave us great advice and ensured the payment was as painless as possible for an otherwise complicated job. Finally, he ended up replacing our entire motor, and helping us set everything up. Excellent service all around!
