Had the pleasure of meeting Josh Jackson who came to my residence to repair my garage door. Forgot the name of the springs on top but one of them was snapped in half and the belt leading to the motor was ripped. The bearings in the wheels along the rails were old and the garage door would sound like metal was scraping when it used to operate. Josh was understanding while I explained my concerns and frustration regarding my garage door being unsafe to operate . He was very professional, understanding and had an awesome sense of humor. He started working around 9am and was done by 12pm. Josh’s work was clean and fairly quick for the amount of work he had to do alone. Highly recommend to anyone who needs repairs/ replacements. Preciate the help boss !

Alec was our Service Technician who was well versed in troubleshooting and repair. He made the entire process painless to watch and to learn how to provide routine maintenance once he was finished.
