Great service when my Mom's garage door stopped working. The tech arrived less than two hours after I called for the appointment. He wasn't able to find anything wrong with the door (it wouldn't roll down with the remote), but checked all of the battery remotes, sensors, etc, to make sure all was good. His suspicion is that the angle of the sun is causing the sensor to be blinded, causing the opener to reverse when it tries to close, thinking there is an obstruction. And, best of all, he did not charge for the service visit since he didn't repair anything, which was appreciated. We originally had the roll-up door installed by Precision Door a bit over two years ago, which is why we called them for the repair. Two visits, and two exceptional experiences. Highly recommend Precision Door for new installs or repairs. Fair price, great service, what more can you ask for? Thank you!!

Eric came out to find out why my garage door wouldn't close. Of course, when he got there, it was working fine. He made sure everything was adjusted properly and that there weren't any issues with my door while he was there, and suggested that the sensor might be getting affected by the angle of the sun. Eric was extremely professional and helpful while he was here for the repair. I was expecting to have to pay for the service visit, but he told me there was no charge, which was really appreciated. This is the second time I have used Precision Doors, the first time being installation of the new roll up door, and this is the second time I have received such exceptional service. I won't even consider calling anyone else should I need service or a replacement in the future, and you can bet I am telling all my friends and neighbors to use you should they need work done on their doors. Did not connect door back to opener did not test to make sure it worked had to hook back ourselves luckily my husband was home to do. Changed cable but cable is rusty and 2 inches of seal missing Pretty expensive perhaps someone should come and inspect Not pleased!

David did a fantastic job, not only was he early but fixed the garage door, he aligned and lubed the door. Not sure how the roller came out of the track but he fixed everything. Great worker and great work.
