The technician was great and he explained everything completely. I did feel like some of the fees were a bit excessive $80 each for a remote is a lot but I appreciated him arriving on time and he was very thorough and did a great job.

Greg Burnes showed up and listened to what our needs were to replace our 20 plus year old Precision garage door. He heard our hopes offered his advice and gave the confidence to order a new door. He was very friendly and helpful. He checked out all the aspects of the old door and determined what we need for the new one. So now we are ready to get the new one. Greg was great and a pleasure to work with!

Your technician was great. To set the record straight, our door did not have a broken spring. I was responding to an e-mail and post card I received from your company offering a discount for a periodic tuneup and lubrication. My comment to you is that the e-mail and pot card did not indicate that in addition for a charge for the tune up at a discount but would also cost for a service call so it was not $40+ but was over a Hundred dollars. Like your work but give you a poor grade for your deceptive advertising.
