Josh showed up was able to assess the situation and only advised what's needed to correct issue did not try to oversell anything and felt very well taken care of as a customer and not just a number. Disappointed with the company. The technician concluded that the opener needed to be replaced because the motor was dead. But, the only available replacement openers were high end at $750. Having a more budget friendly alternative would have been helpful. Needless to say it was a waste of his time and mine. Not bad, $60 for a 10 minute service appointment.

Mark, our technician, was punctual, polite, and very professional. He wasn't successful in finding replacement window trim from Wayne Dalton (discontinued item), but was able to remove the trim without it affecting the glass integrity/safety itself. He removed the rest of the window trims. We found the glass windows to be secure without the trim. A little Windex on the glass and the door looks like new! No charge for the service call. Mark knows his business very well! It was a pleasure to have him here to help us! If we ever have any problems with the garage door, we have Precision Garage Doors number handy and will call them first!

Very professional service. They notify you in advance who will be showing up at your door. The tech Justin Brown called to let us know he would arrive in 15 minutes and he was right on time. Justin was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. We discussed what I wanted which was a new garage door opener and new rollers and he got right to work.
