He did OK, but the nails. Even though I mentioned to Dustin and a little later my wife mentioned to him again to make sure he uses nails the same color as the strip, and he told us he will, he did not. For the big garage he used nails the same color as the strip (except one nail) but for the small garage he used white nails over a gray/brown strip. Now the nails are very visible and they do not look good. Unfortunately, we did not notice this issue till after he had left. I even gave him a $10 tip. So, I am not happy about that and his dis-honesty at all. Can the nails be replaced with the same color (as the strip) nails ?

Great team of professional staff. David installed the garage door to completion and explained everything to us. There were two other men that disassemble the broken door with great fines! Greg arrived right on time. Following Covid protocol. Greg was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable . Greg explained and showed us broken areas on the garage door( we drove in to garage!) He offered to get a brand new garage door with all the required broken assemblies. The door is not fixable unfortunately. He called another service man to rearrange the door to stay in place and safe until end of the week to install the new door. Thank you Greg for pleasant experience with this unpleasant situation.

There's a very good reason why you see their trucks at advertising everywhere. Great company amazing employees I probably had to deal with three to four different checks so far with the properties that I manage and each time I felt very confident not only in the work that was performed but also what was done to correct issue and no overselling items that ones does not need. Do yourself a huge favor call these guys first before you have another company come out! This is from someone who manages 75 properties in San Diego as you would imagine keeping tenants happy along with the owners of the property such as cost is is not always easy but feel confident with this company when they come out you're only getting what you need not some spiel on why you need to replace everything.
