Professionals make it look easy, even when it isn't!! Excellent work, highly professional service! Henry contacted me prior to arrival and showed up exactly on time. Together with another technician they quickly dismantled and removed the old door and motor and had the new door installed and fully operational within a couple of hours. After demonstrating the operation, Henry made sure we were 100% satisfied with the product and the operation of the door openers. The new door definitely improved the curb appeal of the house and operates very quietly. We are very happy with the door and motor we purchased.

Benjamin was great. He made the necessary adjustments so the door now opens & closes. There wasn’t a broken spring as stated above. But I could not get the door to open all the way or close- it stayed half way open. Appreciate the service. Appreciate Benjamin coming out.

Our appointment time was originally in the 4pm - 6pm window. David finished a morning job faster than expected and was in our neighborhood and came over around noon. He replaced all of the rollers, the springs, several badly worn hinges and lubricated everything. He was polite, professional and finished his work quickly. We are happy with the results. The door is much more quiet when opening/closing.
