Josh is awesome! He was my repairman back in September and then again last night. He remembered me and my garage door challenges. He knows his stuff. He is very knowledgeable. He was easy to work with and very accommodating to my needs. We discussed how to handle any possible future repairs and I respect his recommendations. He is a hard worker. My garage door was making an embarrassingly loud squealing sound, so I called Precision Garage Door after my neighbor recommended them. They sent a technician, Norby, to my home within two hours and he replaced my rollers in about 30 minutes. The customer service was great from start to finish. I appreciated the text updates and call from Norby when he was on his way. I still think about you guys when I open and close my garage door—and don’t hear anything! Thank you!

Thanks Greg. Ugh after you left Bldg president asked me to ask you about the garage windows. There are 8 doors each with two window. All 16 windows (20x45 approximately) have a frosted film which is bubbling. They would like to get a price on. Removing the film and replacing it. This is separate from the job on my door Thanks Jordan

Overall great service. There was a waiting period for the garage door, but once it became available, they called me to set up the appointment. In addition, they sent text messages and emails regarding the installation. Communication was thorough. Once the workers arrived, they got right to work and completed the installation within a couple of hours. Once complete, they verified everything worked properly and that I was satisfied with the work. The only problem I have is that after they left, I noticed that the when they removed the old door, the spots where the old door was attached were not left as is. I realize it probably isn't their job to paint over, or cover those spots, but they could have asked me to look at the spots before they completed the installation to show me that those spots would not be covered up by the new door trim.
