The garage door wouldn't close so we had to disconnect it from the motor to manually close it. Chasen was on time and very personable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem - the power to our house had been turned off several times in the past few weeks. He reset the limits to the motor which fixed our problem!! He also suggested we get a power surge and also suggested in the event of a known power interruption we should unplug the motor. Chasen is a great guy and a value to your company. Thank you!

At about 5 PM, our garage door lodged halfway down in a mess of broken cables. Unable to either open or close it and with darkness setting in, we were unsure how we'd manage to get service. Within about an hour, Josh Jackson from Precision Garage Door Service was at our house calmly explaining which parts would fail. He gave us several options ranging from simply getting the door closed all the way to a system overhaul/repair. By 8:30 PM, everything was back to normal with a fixed, functioning garage. Mr. Jackson was extremely friendly, courteous, and practiced completely appropriate covid protocol. The pricing was extremely fair and we were highly satisfied with the work completed.
