Precision Door came to us through a landscape contractor. I did not know what to expect. I was nervous at first but from the inspection to the installation everything ent smoothly. The new doors and garage opener looked and worked great. After a few weeks and had some question and called Precision Garage just to check things out to see if any follow up adjustments needed to be done. They sent a technician that day and he arrived on time perhaps even a bit early. Mario was very professional and explained to me in plane talk that all the adjustments were spot on and that the system was functioning as designed. The entire experience was above and beyond a d it's just not as common as it used to be. I highly recommend that you give Precision Garage a call. Law have changed in California and if you replace or buy a Garge door opener from a company by law it must have a battery back in the event you lose power. This law came about as a result of the fires. Just give Precision Garage a chance if your in the market for a garage door they are professional and will explain everything mu h better than I do.

You are correct with the California law that every new garage opener must have a battery back-up installed. This is a safety factor in case of a fire. My tech was not Logan Huerner , I had Mario Guzman I spent $1200.00 so I hope I got some new parts. Mario was fantastic he explained everything we made decisions together I really appreciated his input since I am a widow now and not so knowledgeable about these breakdowns. absolutely amazing! I could not be happier with Precision and Alec, who came to replace my broken garage door. Precision had what I wanted in stock so there was no wait time for the work to happen! I had an issue with my garage door Spring. It snapped in half. I called the company and had a tech come out within the next two hours. James our technician was very knowledgeable and gave me 5 different prices. We went with the basic repair and he went above and beyond the scope of business. He said he fixed the issue in only 20 minutes but had a hard time with the sensors on the bottom. He ended up replacing the sensors and tightened up all the screws and even placed a metal bracket to be more sturdy. I recommend James for any type of garage service. I plan to purchase a whole new garage door in the near future and I hope that James will be our technician when the time comes. I was very satisfied with the repair.
