I called Precision to let them know that my outside keypad to open the garage door was no longer working. James Myer came out first thing the next morning, popped off the cover and determined that the batteries had failed and there was some corrosion inside. He decided to completely replace the entire keypad and he was done in about 20 minutes. He reprogammed it, tested it and off he went. Such a pleasant and knowledgeable guy! The woman who took my telephone call was also great. Very efficient and nice. Thanks, Precision!

Took 4 visits to make it happen, wrong cables, broken cables, etc door opening is more noisy than its ever been, strange noises when opening and closing. I wish I had never had the cables replaced. James was extremely knowledgeable and then gave us a variety of options as to what to do to fix the problem. He was extremely personable, well versed with our type of door and then made some recommendations specifically for us.
