Jonathan was able to come out to my home within 1 1/2 hours of my call to Precision Doors. I had two cars locked in my two side be side garages, so it was pretty urgent. He thoroughly explained everything he had assessed, and gave me options with pricing on what work I could have performed. At no time did he pressure me or try to upsell me. He finished quickly (IMO), and stayed to make sure I could operate everything. He was professional and personable. One of the best contractor/repair experiences I've ever had!

Matt was pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable, skilled and helpful. He advised me about correct light bulbs for my opener and installed the correct bulbs, replaced the rubber strip on the bottom of the door and serviced the mechanism/rollers. It's only been a few days since our garage door was installed but so far so good. It runs smoothly and looks nice which is what one wants in a garage door. Jesse, the installer, was a nice young man. His job would have been easier if the salesperson would have given more information regarding our setup. As it was, my husband had to help with the door removal. Other than that, great job!

Upon requesting service, we immediately received confirmation that we would get a call to have a tech come out. Less than 24 hours later, Natalie from Precision informed us that a tech could be out within the same day and gave us two time slots. Our tech Josh actually arrived ahead of schedule and was quickly able to inform us what the issues were. Not everything was covered by warranty, but we decided to get the additional repair needed. Josh had all the items required to complete the additional repair and took the time to explain to us how it worked. He stayed while we tested out the garage and offered to answer any questions we had. Josh was very friendly, informative, and proficient. We are happy with the service we received and will be requesting for Josh should we have any additional repairs needed. Thank you for the great service!
