James was absolutely great. This is the second time we've had the fortune of him coming out for service. James is always very honest about needed repairs, and clear about the work and products. He went through all of our options, offered some temporary fixes, and made sure we ended up with the repairs we needed. James always offers great info and advice for homeowners, is polite, professional, thorough, and provides some great conversation. We couldn't ask for more.
