I still can’t figure out why you charge twice for the service fee. You had already found the problem on the first day. You missed the appointment to install on the second day and where late on the day the job was done. The tech was fine and did a good job but the 2 time service fee seems excessive.

There was no broken door spring repair. The svc call was delay in opening or closing the door, which resulted in the light flashing. This problem did not present itself while the technicians was here. Very expensiv call.

Tech—David Phillips did a great job. His courtesy and professionalism was much appreciated. As he was fixing the problem he noticed some safety improvements that I really needed. Hollis came and installed new door and motor for me did a beautiful job it runs great it's quiet as a mouse, I'm looking forward to years of not having to lift up my garage door :-). He let me watch, cuz I'm a curious kind of guy, and didn't even charge me extra lol 😆. Here's a little shout out to David I don't know his last name, nice guy, gave Hollis a hand with the install :-)
